Great Scott! It's February!

Somehow, getting to February is a bit strange. It's surreal how quick the whole month of January has passed by and the year 2012 is really well on its way. No more 'Happy New Year' greetings, that's for sure :).

For our family, January has been a big buzz of things to do and getting into new routines as the year's new activities abound. We have Lara now in tap dancing, which she loves (new moves every week!) and of course her skating is progressing fast and furious. So fast on the ice is our little princess! More on that to come I think :).

The last Sunday of January we were at the World Championship for Speedskating watching the sport's biggest names compete. It was awesome. Four hours in the Olympic Oval to see these athletes on the World's Fastest Ice. It was historic too because a new world record for women was set! Another reason why I love living in Calgary!


Between being mummy, being driver, being scrapbooker, wife, chef, etc. etc. I lost a couple of blog posts last week, so wanted to share the awesome giveaways going on over at Bella Blvd right now.. :)
