I chose the word "Jobb" (Norwegian, means work). The reason for that is that I'm starting in my new job in two weeks - as a journalist - being responsible for the culture (cultural?) content of the local newspaper. Needless to say I am both thrilled and nervous about it. I've been studying my whole adult life, and while I did intern at that place for almost a year plus been doing quite a bit of freelancing both for them and as a photographer, it's the first time I'm going to have a "real" job.

For this layout I used a mix of Hambly Sceenprints, Pink Paislee, Sassafras and Elle's Studio. I felt that it turned out a bit too dark - hence the white rub-ons, doily and transparency in between the layers to lighten up the mood.

About Anne Jo:
I'm Anne Jo Lexander, better known as Ania to both friends and family. I live in a white house on a small Island at the West Coast of Norway with my husband and our two children aged 9 and 5. Currently I'm a journalist at the local newspaper, M.A. student when I have the time and a photographer at my spare time...so when I'm not doing any of these things you can find me at home in my scrapbook-corner working on projects, or watching movies and TV series with my husband. Oh, and taking care of the kids in between, I guess *wink* *smile*You can find me at my personal blog, my scrapbook-resume blog or my personal photography portfolio.
